The Day After Isabel September 2003
Hurricane Isabel created waves up to 38 feet high offshore of the Summer Paradise beach front along with a 87 mph wind gust. All this only did about $1,000 damage to Summer Paradise. Within days of the storm, the extra sand was cleaned, the roof repaired and the dunes rebuilt.
